Thirty minutes, no deck, no obligation. It's usually enough to tell whether I'm the right person for what you're facing - and if I'm not, I'll normally know who is.

What the call covers

What you've actually shipped. Which AI or cloud workloads are live, who owns them, and what is in production versus still a slide.
Where the pressure is coming from. An auditor, a regulator, a risk committee, a cloud bill, or an incident - the answer changes what I'd look at first.
What I'd do in your first 30 days. Concretely, and honestly, including when the answer is that you don't need outside help for this.

None of it is required, and I'd rather talk to you early with half an answer than wait until you have all three:

How we'll talk

Calls run on Proton Meet, which is end-to-end encrypted and opens in your browser - no account, no install, nothing for your IT department to approve. I use it for the same reason I'd tell you to think about where your prompts are being logged: the tooling should match the advice.

If your corporate network blocks it, say so when you book and we'll use Teams or an ordinary phone call instead. That is not a problem and I will not read anything into it.

If you need an NDA in place before we discuss specifics, send me yours and I'll sign it before the call. Most of the people I work with can't describe their estate to an outsider without one, and I'd rather have it done in advance than spend the first ten minutes talking around the actual question.

Practical

Ascode is based in Velsen, Noord-Holland. I work on site in the Randstad and remotely across the EU, in Dutch or English. Engagements run from a two-week assessment to several months of platform work, and I take a small number at a time.
